Have reasonable expectations of this accessory. It is not going to last forever. It was created so that people have an opportunity to see the rest of your face while you are wearing 'your' mask. When I am out and only see the top half of a person's masked face, it made me yearn to see their smile. That was the inception of this idea. This is a home made item and is not produced by a factory. Imperfection are to be expected. Enjoy using your 'Look It's Me Mask' Accessory. The world will look at you in a different way...the way you are used to!

-Please message me  on your Etsy order, (1) high resolution photo.
-Stand in front of a plain white (or solid color) wall if possible. 
-Take off your glasses to take your photo.
-Make sure your light source is in front of you, lighting your face. No shadows on one side of your face.
-Take your photo straight, head on. Do NOT TILT YOUR HEAD in any direction.
-Do not make any lewd or suggestive facial expressions. I will not reproduce such an image.
-Please message me on your Etsy order, a measurement from your chin to the center of your eye's pupil. It is necessary to approximate the scale in printing your accessory.

-COLD WATER WASH SEPARATELY FROM OTHER CLOTHES. *****DO NOT WASH WITH OTHER ITEMS***** 
-DO NOT USE BLEACH.
-USE COLOR SAFE DETERGENT.
-REMOVE PROMPTLY AS COLOR CAN BLEED IF LEFT WET TOO LONG.
-TUMBLE DRY LOW. LAY ACCESSORY FLAT AFTER REMOVING FROM DRYER
-DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON IMAGE.  DO NOT USE STEAM TO IRON.
-COLOR WILL FADE WITH REPEATED WASHING.
-IF A LOOSE THREAD APPEARS, TRIM IT. THE EDGE OF THE FABRIC IS NOT BOUND.-THE COLOR FROM FRONT, SHOWS ON BACK AFTER COLD WASHING.
